The Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies offers grants for Harvard College students to offset expenses related to unpaid (or low-paying) summer internships in Russia, Eastern Europe, or Central Asia. Eligible expenses are limited to transatlantic airfare, meals, and housing.
Goldman Undergraduate Research Travel Grants are offered annually by the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. Grants cover some portion of travel and living expenses for students carrying out independent research on topics in Russian and Eurasian studies. The Davis Center offers grants to Harvard graduate students for research travel to the former Soviet Union or Eastern Europe. Students who are not eligible for FLAS summer language fellowships may apply for a travel grant to support formal language study in a foreign country.
