Ali Kadivar is a sociologist whose research examines contentious politics, democratization, and authoritarianism in the Global South, with a focus on the Middle East. At Radcliffe, he will work on his project that traces the evolution of political mobilization in Iran since the 1979 revolution, drawing on original historical and quantitative data.
