The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University is an international center for the study of plants, housing a living collection of trees, shrubs, and vines that is one of the most comprehensive of its kind in the world. A public-private partnership between Harvard and the City of Boston, the Arboretum’s 281 acres are free and open to public year-round, helping to deepen understanding of the world’s plants, horticulture, and biodiversity.
